Microcapsule implementation technology

Microencapsulation is a process for enclosing a product in microparticles. If the microparticles are hollow they are described as microcapsules.

Application of microcapsules can occur at two different stages:

Application on the fabric before making-up

Application on the fabric before making-up the garment is technically easier to achieve. On the other hand, there are several major disadvantages for the consumer.

On fabric treated before making-up, some capsules break during cutting and sewing, thus releasing their cosmetic content. The cosmetics enter into contact with air, dust and the operator’s hands. As they degrade, they remain on the finished garment and penetrate the consumer’s as they are worn.

Micro-capsules

Application on made-up finished product

The Cosmetic Wear ® exclusively grafts the micro capsules on finished products.

Application on finished garments avoids all the above-mentioned disadvantages and guarantees a 100 % hygienic product with total efficacy for gradual release of the cosmetic active principles.

In addition, all our cosmetics and microcapsules are formulated and manufactured in France according to the French and European standards in force for cosmetics and consumer protection.
