Microencapsulation is a process for enclosing a product in microparticles. If the microparticles are hollow they are described as microcapsules.
Application on the fabric before making-up
Application on the fabric before making-up the garment is technically
easier to achieve. On the other hand, there are several major
disadvantages for the consumer.
On fabric treated before making-up, some capsules break during cutting and sewing, thus releasing their cosmetic content. The cosmetics enter into contact with air, dust and the operator’s hands. As they degrade, they remain on the finished garment and penetrate the consumer’s as they are worn.
